A student was robbed at gunpoint near UK’s campus late Sunday night.
Police say the student was walking home from the Newtown Crossing Apartments near Scott Street just after 11:30 when he was approached by two men.
The victim told police their faces were covered and one had a gun.
We’re told they took his wallet and cell phone and ran off.
No one was hurt.
