Two people were arrested in Laurel county after deputies said they found them sleeping on railroad tracks.
The Laurel county sheriff said they received a complaint at 4:50 p.m. Monday about someone laying on the tracks.
Deputies arrived at the scene off Kentucky 490 and found a man laying on a rail sleeping and a woman laying between the rails sleeping.
Deputies woke up Lucas Nantz, 28, and Christina Cawood, 40, and determined they were both under the influence of drugs.
They were arrested and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespassing.
Nantz was also charged with trafficking in a Legend drug after a large quantity of pills were found in his possession, according to the sheriff.
