Harrison County Sheriff’s officials said a crash victim posed an added challenge for crews in Harrison County when he began fighting with responding firefighters.
Officials were called to the wreck on Kentucky 1032 West, near Cynthiana.
They said a car went off the road and hit some trees, causing one of those trees to fall on top of the car.
Two adults, a man and a woman, along with two juveniles inside the car got out before crews arrived.
Deputies said the two adults were taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Deputies said the two juveniles refused medical treatment. They were released to their parents.
Officials said the driver could face DUI charges, pending the results of a blood test.
