The state has created a new way to aid in the transition to the Affordable Care Act.

The Kentucky Health Benefits Exchange will help more than 600,000 uninsured people find and arrange coverage.

The online marketplace has almost 30 regular employees and dozens of contract workers along with a budget of almost 40 million dollars.
