A school bus flipped over in Knox County early Tuesday morning.
According to The Mountain Advocate Newspaper, around 7 a.m. four students were slightly injured when the bus lost control on a rainslick hillside on Payne's Branch Road and overturned on it's side. Their injuries were not believed to be serious. Police say the students were transported to the hospital for treatement.
