In Pulaski County, the Grand Jury has indicted Richard New, the County Coroner.
But State Police say the indictment does not involve his job as Coroner.
Troopers say the 26-count indictment is focused on thefts totaling $60,000 dollars over 9 years.
New has not been arrested or charged.
