Court documents said on June 29th, 40-year old Alison Grigsby of Stanford bought two 12-packs of beer for 18-year old Jacob Smith, knowing he was underage.

Investigators said that she was there when Smith and four other underage kids drank the beer.

Officials said later that night in Boyle County, Smith drove his car into a tree, injuring everyone in the vehicle, and killing 16-year-old Emily Snow.

Grigsby will go to court on Thursday.
