Midnight Update: Temperatures are still in the mid and upper 30s tonight, but winds in excess of 15mph are making it feel more like the mid and upper 20s in central Kentucky.

Skies remain mostly clear and will stay that way as we head towards your morning commute. Head outside and enjoy the weather Monday!

Meteorologist Michael Estime will have the latest on our next cold snap starting at 5 a.m. on Good Morning Kentucky.

Forecast: Skies will stay mostly clear tonight with temperatures only dropping into the low 30s by Monday morning. Winds will be a bit breezy at times.

We'll be slightly warmer Monday afternoon for your Martin Luther King Day outdoor plans. Temperatures will climb into the low 40s, which is average for this time of year. Expect a few clouds during the day, but a majority of the sky will be blue.

Snow showers will arrive early Tuesday morning as our next blast of cold air arrives. After starting the day in the mid 20s, we will likely fall to about 20° by the afternoon.

Temperatures Wednesday will range from the single digits in the morning to the low 20s in the afternoon.

For now, it looks like the rest of the afternoons in the second half of the work week will be spent in the 20s.
