Jackson Co. Coroner: Man & Woman Dead After Apparent Murder- Suicide

Jackson County Coroner Lonnie Hacker said an autopsy was planned after what appeared to be a murder-suicide.
Jackson County Coroner Lonnie Hacker said an autopsy was planned after what appeared to be a murder-suicide.

Hacker said Nancy Angel, 48, and Jeff Wilder, 47, were found dead Friday afternoon at the couple's mobile home on Highway 2004 outside of Sand Gap.

Hacker said Angel's daughter made the discovery when she went to check on her mother.

According to Hacker, it appeared that Angel and Wilder had died of gunshot wounds.

Autopsies were scheduled to take place Saturday morning in Frankfort.
