The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office wants to warn parents of a man going around a Science Hill neighborhood, trying to pay small children to expose themselves to him.

Law enforcement and parents in the neighborhood say the man is in his late 20's/early 30's with short dark hair, driving a black car.

Witnesses say they've seen the car driving up and down Wagon Road, just off of Heaton Ford Road for the past couple of weeks.

The Sheriff's office says they have had two confirmed incidences in that neighborhood, but parents in that subdivision say there has been a third as well.

Parents in that area say almost every house on the block has kids, many of whom are always seen outside playing. They say because of these incidences they plan on forming some type of community watch to protect everyone's children.

If you have any information in this case call the Pulaski County Sheriff's office at (606) 678-5145
