There's an update in a story about the FBI's search of a Lexington convenience store.

The Lexington Herald-Leader says a federal indictment accuses the president of the company that owns the store of using it to distribute oxycodone.

The business on Winchester Road near the Fayette-Clark County line was searched on Wednesday.

The newspaper says the indictment was unsealed Thursday.

It says 11 people were charged, including Bassam Alfroukh.
