Lexington police are investigating a shooting that happened around 3 Saturday afternoon on Grant Drive.

They said a bullet was fired from Hollow Creek Drive and broke through a home's window, lodging itself into the wall.

Although people were reportedly inside the home at the time the bullet hit, no one was hurt.

Officers believe the shooting was not intentional, but are still looking for a red SUV with license plate 990-MLR that was nearby at the time.
