You know it's hot when a mailbox post starts to melt.
That's what a man says happened to his mailbox outside his home on Spring Run Road in Lexington.
Matt Oatley says that as the temperature went up, the box went down.
He says it started wilting last Thursday and by Sunday, the mailbox's face was on the ground.
Oakley says it's attracting tourists.
