Governor Beshear has ordered flags at state buildings lowered to half staff Saturday in memory of a Marion County Deputy who was shot and killed.
Investigators say Deputy Anthony Rakes was shot and killed Wednesday morning during a traffic stop.
Beshear is urging flyers of flags on private property to also lower their flags Saturday.
