Joker Phillips was let go roughly one week ago by UK Athletics Director, and friend, Mitch Barnhart.

Despite knowing his fate at the season's end, Joker decided to stay on for the final two games of the year, including the home finale on Senior Day this Saturday at Commonwealth Stadium against Samford at 7:30.

Phillips handled his rocky last season with dignity and class.  A few one-liners and chuckles were Joker's way of handling tough questions about his job status.

Today, at his second-to-last, weekly news luncheon, Joker made one more great exit with a response to whether or not he'd help during the transitional period for the next staff.

Check out Joker's can't miss answer in the video!
