The Fayette County Coroner confirms that a teenager has died nearly two days after a crash in Harrison County.
The coroner said Cynthia Neace, 18, was driving on US-62 just before 6:30pm Saturday when she left the roadway, hit a tree and overturned.
Neace died at UK Hospital Monday.
Officials said Neace was not wearing her seatbelt during the crash.
