The Cats have struggled this season to find their identity. At least as a collective group anyway.
On a personal level, most of the Cats know exactly what and who they are.
It's when they take to the floor with Kentucky across their chests when things get complicated.
As Coach Cal puts it, his guys are still selfish. Still focusing on themselves. Loving themselves instead of truly loving their teammates.
But his players think they're getting closer to achieving that utopian mindset now that they've put last year's team in the rearview mirror...and are accepting who they are.
