A Lexington firefighter remains on paid administrative leave, seven months after a crash that killed a woman.
Lauren Roady, 27, was killed last December after police said a fire truck, driven by Christopher Presley, turned from Main Street onto Broadway and hit her.
Two police reports said Roady had the right of way and that Presley should have yielded to her.
On Tuesday, the city confirmed to ABC 36 that Presley was still on paid leave.
A spokeswoman for the city said she did not know how long that would be the case.
