A driver was killed following a collision with a semi-truck on I75 in Lexington Wednesday.
According to the Lexington Fire Department, the driver of the truck slammed into the back of the semi that was parked along the side of I75 near mile marker 104 before 2 a.m.
The truck became wedged under the semi-truck and burst into flames.
Firefighters said they quickly put out the fire that spread to the semi-truck.
The driver of the truck was killed.
Firefighters said they believe the driver of the semi-truck stopped on the side of the road to take a nap.
