Firefighters said the Kohl's Hamburg store in Lexington was flooded Wednesday night after a drainage pipe problem.

Investigators said that rain had broken the rubber seals that held the pipe up.

According to firefighters, up to two inches of standing water covered most of the store.

They said they stopped the flooding by turning a traffic cone upside down and placing a ball inside the cone.

Investigators said that Kohl's had a salvage company that would clean up the water.
