The coroner said Nancy Braun, 56, died from hypothermia and drowning.

A employee searching for golf balls at Picadome Golf Course found Braun's body Thursday in a creek near the 18th hole.

Lexington Police said Braun's family reported her missing last week.

The coroner said when Braun was found, she was wearing a medical bracelet.
