Boil Water Advisory For Parts Of Carlisle

 The city of Carlisle issued a boil water advisory on Thursday following a water line break.
 Customers from Eastern Avenue to Shepherd Hill are affected.
 The city said East End Apple Mart and Young Street are not part of the advisory.
