Berea Police said Crystal Neeley, 21, of Berea, was arrested for reportedly stealing $6.98 worth of items from an Ace Hardware store on December 19, 2012.
A release from Berea Police did not specify what Neeley was accused of stealing.
The release said store employees observed her putting items in her pockets and leaving the business without paying for them.
Investigators said they found a small amount of marijuana on Neeley.
Police said she was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking Shoplifting and Possession of Marijuana.
