The Fayette County Coroner said autopsy results are "pending" on a man who collapsed and died Saturday while attending the "Extreme Rampage/Mud Run" at the Kentucky Horse Park.
The coroner identified the man as Chad Arnold, 32, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
