Lexington Police said Gary Thompson was arrested Thursday and charged with Disorderly Conduct after getting into a loud argument with his mother and sister at the Microtel on Buena Vista.

Last February, Thompson admitted to ABC 36 News, that he exaggerated his disabilities in order to panhandle money from people.

Several weeks ago, investigators said Thompson was arrested in Glasgow after he reportedly broke a window and was yelling at people at the Happy Valley Inn.

Police said Thompson was charged with Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct in the incident in Glasgow.
