The Madison County Sheriff's Office recovered $14,000 in pills Monday.

Deputies said they found 650 pills, some of which were oxycodone, while using search warrant in a home on East Irvine in Richmond.

They charged Jim Freeman and Reanell Caldwell with trafficking.

Deputies said the more pills they find, the more likely something's wrong.

"Sometimes, we'll find people with ten pills, twenty pills, maybe fifty pills. When you get more than that, it's obvious they're in the business of trafficking those narcotics," said Deputy Willard Reardon, Public Information Officer for the Madison County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff's office said the search began with a tip about unusual activity near the home.
