Do you know the greatest threats to men's health?

Some of the answers are obvious, others less so, but, according to the Mayo Clinic, there are several things men can do to try to stay healthy.

Heart disease is the number one health threats for males. making better lifestyle choices can reduce the risk.

If you smoke or use other tobaccos products, stop, or seek medical advice to help you to quit.

Eat a healthy diet, watch your weight, and get plenty of exercise. If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation and also try to manage your stress.

Cancer is the number two threat. and of particular concern to men are lung, skin, prostate and colorectal cancers. Getting regular health screenings and following the same lifestyle tips for a healthy heart can help reduce the chances of developing these cancers.

Skin cancer is a growing problem for men so cover up or use sunscreen  when outdoors. Accidents, specifically motor vehicle crashes, are the third most common health threat for men. Deaths and injuries could be greatly reduced if people did not drive under the influence of alcohol or when overly tired.  and use common sense, wear your seat belt and follow the speed limit.
