Is Organic Food Worth The Price?

We've all been at the produce aisle and faced with the decision to buy organic or not. New research may help with your decision.

Researchers found that organic food doesn't have any more nutrients or minerals than regular produce. They did find though that it contained 30 percent less pesticides.

While having less pesticides may sound good, researchers say there haven't been any good studies to show that eating organic can help you live longer. They do say though that pregnant woman should avoid pesticides because it can cause low birth weight babies, and can cause the baby to have a lower I.Q.
