Here are some foods you can eat and not feel guilty about!
There are ways we can eat smart to trim our waistlines and stay healthy.

Eating super foods can help. These are foods that are packed with disease fighting nutrients, are unprocessed, usually low in calories and fill you up;and they are usually available at your local grocery store. 

What are we talking about?  Here are some examples:

- Salmon
- Beans 
- Nuts  - from walnuts to pecans 
- Low fat yogurt
- Turkey
- Oats 
- Berries such as blueberries or raspberries 
- Kiwi 
- Broccoli
- Sweet potatoes

Dietary experts say a variety of super foods can help fight obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers.   
According to the dietary guidelines for Americans, we need to eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, balanced by lean protein and low fat dairy.  Eating super foods can help us reach these goals and offer super health benefits at the same time.
