Sometimes it's not easy getting the recommended 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables we need. So, you may have to get a little resourceful from time to time.

Dieticians say juicing is a good way to get a variety of fruits and vegetables into your diet, though they add that juicing should not replace eating whole fruits and vegetables.

The skins of fruits and veggies have a lot of health benefits, too. You also get more concentrated sugars from juicing because it will take more fruit to get one glass of juice you desire, but if your diet is lacking fruits and vegetables, juicing is a great place to start.

Experts say your best bet is to make some of your own juices, but to continue eating whole fruits and vegetables, too.
