Thursday LATE Evening, February 24th, 2012: Looking Ahead After the Storms....
Good evening, again! I'm still monitoring the strong storms moving through the area but with a pretty drastic change in weather coming up, I thought I'd give another update!
Once the cold front (that's sparking all these storms) passes through, temperatures will quickly tumble.

Our "high" will be in the morning in the upper 40s and we will gradually fall throughout the day. In addition to much cooler temps, it will be a breezy and cloudy day with some leftover light rain showers in the afternoon....

And light snow showers in the evening.

However, no accumulation in expected. A few flurries might linger in Eastern KY Saturday morning. Regardless, we will start our weekend very cold!

The good news, we'll be back up to near 50 with plenty of sunshine for our Sunday afternoon!
Then we start all over again with more rain and thunderstorms for the work-week.
