Good Thursday Morning, everybody.

It’s hard to believe we’ve been maintaining the StormTeam Weather Blog for more than 2 years now! 25 months ago, in November of 2009, we started the blog, and it’s become a fun part of my daily weather shifts.

STARTING MONDAY, DECEMBER 5th at 1 PM, the weather blog will move to our ALL NEW, top of the line website. We’ve been training and double-posting weather forecasts, videos and graphics to the new site. The NEW wtvq.com has been hidden during this training period, but will go public on Monday. THE URL WILL CHANGE… so if you have THIS site saved as a favorite place, it will not be updated in the future (and may entirely go away). Go to http://www.wtvq.com to find the new blog, starting Monday, 12/5/2011 at 1 PM!

We’ll close out the Blog 1.0 with a look back at November… and more significantly, a ridiculously WET Meteorological Fall. (Remember, meteorological fall runs from September through November… and Meteorological Winter started today!)

NOVEMBER STATS…

And more significantly, statistics for the WET, COOL, FALL of 2011….

Thanks for making the blog what it is… I am confident you’ll like the “new look” and greater functionality of 2.0 starting next Monday afternoon!

Until then,

Geoff
