Clear skies will continue through tonight with high pressure overhead. Temperatures will cool into the low 30s by Friday morning, with rural frost expected. In southern Kentucky patchy fog will return. The fog will be more limited because of the south wind that will begin early on Friday morning.

As high pressure moves east, the winds will return out of the south to end the work week. South winds and sunshine will warm temperatures quickly, with highs expected around 60 degrees.

Warming temperatures will continue into the weekend as the south winds increase. High temperatures on Saturday will be in the mid to upper 60s under partly cloudy skies with a light south breeze. The winds will be slightly stronger on Sunday as temperatures soar to around 70 degrees. We will remain dry through the weekend.
