Update: Temperatures are falling quickly under clear skies as winds die down. Most areas are already back into the 20's late this evening. We are still expecting a very chilly morning as Lexington will likely fall to 27°. Warmer weather is on the way for your Sunday with more clouds and highs in the mid 40's!

After a sunny, but chilly afternoon afternoon, skies will remain clear overnight as temps cool back into the 20's. We won't be quite as cold as were this morning with Lexington seeing a morning low near 27 on Sunday.

More clouds will build in Sunday morning, but southwesterly winds up to 15mph will help us warm into the mid 40's.

As we head into late Sunday night, our southern counties could begin to see a few light rain showers. Rain showers are expected for most of us on Christmas Eve with highs flirting with 50.
