Mostly clear skies will persist this evening, and then skies will clear for the overnight as temperatures drop back into the mid 50s (again).

More sunshine will return on Friday under an area of high pressure. Light winds will accompany the high pressure, around 3 to 8 mph, out of the north. Afternoon temperatures will peak in the low 80s. Mostly sunny skies to start the weekend, Saturday will allow temperatures to climb into the mid 80s.

A stray storm will be possible Sunday with highs in the upper 80s, but widespread rain and thunderstorms are not expected until Monday and Tuesday.
