Another beautiful evening is in progress with mostly clear skies and comfortable temperatures. We'll again drop into the 50s tonight under mostly clear skies. The winds will be light and variable. Some patchy valley fog will be possible.
A dry day is expected on Friday in the Bluegrass. In southern Kentucky a stray afternoon shower will be possible. There will be more clouds to end the work week, with afternoon cumulus clouds developing area wide. Temperatures will climb into the mid 80s with south winds at 5 to 10 mph.
Weekend temperatures will be very warm, with afternoon high temperatures into the upper 80s as muggy air returns to the region. Stray afternoon shower or storms will be possible each day, although most locations will remain dry.
