After a wet and cloudy start to the day, the clouds will continue to clear out this evening. Temperatures will drop into the low 30s under mostly clear skies on Thursday morning. Frost is expected for some locations.
High pressure from the west will be building into the region throughout the day, ensuring plenty of sunshine. We'll be on the east side of the high pressure, with a light north winds, keeping temperatures still below normal on Thursday. Highs should range in the low to mid 50s.
As the high pressure moves east, we'll be on the back side of it on Friday, allowing for south winds and sunshine. Temperatures will jump to end the work week as the sunshine continues. We're expecting highs around 60 degrees by Friday. And even warmer temperatures for the weekend.
