A dry and quiet overnight is expected with scattered clouds and temperatures around 60 degrees by Friday morning.

A cold front will arrive for the midday in the Bluegrass on Friday. Along it, extra clouds are expected that will limit the midday warm up. High temperatures will only reach into the upper 70s to end the work week. A few showers will also be possible with the front. Any rainfall should be very light, with totals below 0.10". A few light showers will push into southeast Kentucky for the late afternoon and evening along the front.

High pressure will arrive on Saturday with sunshine expected along with dry conditions. High temperatures will be in the mid 70s with light NE winds at 3 to 10 mph.
