Afternoon Update:

Most of the Blue Grass is enjoying mostly sunny skies.  You'll see a few fair-weather cumulus clouds along the way; however, none of those cloud should produce any precipitation.  Highs should settle in the mid to upper 40s with overnight lows tumbling into the upper 20s.

Join Meteorologist Mark Stitz tonight at 5pm, 6pm & 11pm for more on your warmer weekend forecast.

We're chilly & frost this morning.  Look for more sunshine as day breaks.  If you need to get any outdoor activities done, today is the day to do it.  Highs today should spike in the mid to upper 40s with overnight lows again below freezing in the upper 20s. Friday, we're in the low 50s for highs with partly to mostly cloudy skies overhead.  A few showers are possible as we wrap up your workweek; however, the better chance moves in Saturday & Sunday.

Join us today at Noon on ABC 36 for more on your late week & weekend warm up!

Old Man Winter is packing his least for a few days! See you at 5am on @ABC36Lexington #GMK
