Midnight Update: All rain has come to an end in our area, and we should stay dry the rest of the night into our Monday morning commute to work and school. Skies remain mostly cloudy.

Temperatures are still on the mild side tonight. Right now, most areas are in the upper 50s and low 60s with Lexington sitting at 61°.

Meteorologist Michael Estime will have the latest forecast for the coming work week starting at 5 a.m. on Good Morning Kentucky.

A few showers are moving east through the area this evening, mainly north of Interstate 64. Most of the rain is light with a few moderate areas of rain mixed in.

We will stay mild overnight with morning lows Monday expected to be in the low to mid 50s. Skies will remain mostly cloudy overnight.

The warming trend continues Monday afternoon with temperatures climbing up to the low and mid 70s across Kentucky. Expect to see more clouds than sunshine with a few more showers possible north of I-64 again.

We will carry the same slim chance of some rain north of I-64 Tuesday with highs into the upper 70s.
