A cold front will move across the region this evening and into the overnight bringing more rain to the area. A band of rain will accompany the front and bring an additional 0.10"-0.30" of rain. An isolated thunderstorm or two will also be possible. Temperatures will drop into the low 40s behind the front by Wednesday morning.
Midweek sunshine is expected with high pressure situated near the Great Lakes. A light north wind will keep temperatures cool, but seasonable. Highs are expected in the low to mid 50s.
Sunshine will linger into early Thursday before afternoon clouds return. As skies become mostly cloudy on Thursday high temperatures will be held in the low 50s. The change for rain will return on Friday.
