After a beautiful end to the work week, a dry but warmer weekend is expected.
Under mostly clear skies tonight temperatures will bottom out in the low 60s. The winds will remain light.
Saturday afternoon, a few cumulus clouds will develop as some moisture returns to the region. It will also feel slightly more humid. We'll peak around 90 degrees with light south winds at only 3 to 8 mph.
A repeat forecast is expected on Sunday, with only a few more clouds. The approaching cold front that will bring scattered showers and storms, will likely not arrive until Monday. It does not look like a very big rain maker early next week, although we do need more rain across the region.
Temperatures next week look like they will remain in the mid to upper 80s to end August.
