A Flood Watch is in effect through Tuesday morning for locations south of the I-64 corridor.

Steady rain will continue through the evening and overnight. The rain will be light to moderate with pockets of heavy intensity rain. A thunderstorm or two can not be ruled out. The winds will be fairly light, as temperatures remain steady in the mid to low 60s through Tuesday morning.

Cloudy skies and rain will continue through the morning, but a strong cold front sweeping into the region will bring an end to the rain from west to east. By the midday the rain should be coming to an end for the I-75 corridor. Rain will exit eastern Kentucky for the late afternoon or early evening. Temperatures will struggle with the rain and cloud cover. Highs will likely remain in the mid to upper 60s. Behind the cold front, northwest winds will be stronger at 8 to 15 mph.

It will be dry for the midweek on Wednesday with sunshine and below average temperatures in the mid 60s.
