Light showers will linger into the overnight as temperatures remain in the low to mid 40s. Rainfall totals will be light, less than 0.10".
Most of Wednesday will be dry with a warm front sliding north across the region. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected with temperatures peaking around 70 degrees. A stray afternoon shower or storm will be possible, but an organized band of thunderstorms is more likely for the evening and overnight. Any evening thunderstorms will have the potential for hail, and possibly large hail. A few severe thunderstorms can't be ruled out.
High temperatures will return to the low 70s on Thursday with more showers and thunderstorms in the area.
