Although the snow ended on Tuesday morning, drizzle and passing showers persisted through the afternoon. And a few more evening showers will remain possible, especially in eastern Kentucky. The cloud cover will persist through the evening and overnight with some patchy fog even possible. With temperatures forecasted in the low 30s for the overnight, freezing fog will be possible early Wednesday. As the clouds break for the midweek, temperatures will be able to climb into the low 50s with light southeast winds. Our next system will be a rain maker, with no snow expected. Wednesday night showers will arrive from the west and spread across the region early Thursday. Rain totals on Thursday are expected between 0.25"-0.40" as temperatures return to the mid 50s.
