We're continuing to see areas of fog, mist and drizzle with temps during your lunch break only in the mid 30s. With the addition of daytime heating, those temps should gain by a few degrees nearing 40° for highs.
Join Meteorologist Mark Stitiz tonight at 5pm, 6pm & 11pm for more on our late week cool down.
You're waking up to clouds, fog, mist & drizzle this morning with a few spotty showers south of I-64 & east of I-75. Look for gusty winds though this morning and this afternoon with temperatures hovering around 40 degrees for highs. If you're planning on heading to the Mississippi State vs. UK Men's Basketball game tonight, it's going to be cold with a few flurries. Be careful as you're driving home from tonight's game...slick spots on the roadways due to the light snow may create a slow down in the highways and byways. Overnight lows should tumble into the upper 20s and low 30s.
An arctic blast of chilly air is on the way.
