Midnight Update-We will continue to have some clouds streaming into Central and Eastern Kentucky tonight into Tuesday, with the chance for rain developing mainly west of I-75 on Tuesday. Tuesday high temperatures will be around 81 degrees. The chance for rain increases Tuesday night into Wednesday, with lingering rain possible for Thursday. Temperatures will generally be in the low to mid 60s in the mornings, and lower 80s for the afternoon Tuesday through Friday. More sunshine returns for Friday into the start of the weekend.
We will continue to have below normal high temperatures this week, with temperatures in the low to mid 80s. Rain chances increase for midweek, with Wednesday being the best day for widespread rain.

Tuesday: We will have more clouds continuing to move in on Tuesday, with partly to mostly cloudy skies overall, and the chance for scattered rain showers mainly west of I-75.
Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy skies will be around on Tuesday, with the chance for some scattered rain showers. Overnight low temperatures will be around 65 degrees.
Wednesday: Our best chance for rain will be on Wednesday, with scattered rain showers possible throughout the day. Wednesday afternoon high temperatures will be around 80 degrees. Rainfall amounts will be between 0.25” and 0.50” on average.
Thursday: Rain chances will linger into Thursday as a cold front moves through. Mostly cloudy skies will continue with a high of 82 degrees.
Friday: Mostly to partly sunny skies return for Friday with a high of 83 degrees, as high pressure moves back across the region.
Weekend: We look to start off the weekend dry, with mostly sunny to partly sunny skies on Saturday. Saturday afternoon high temperatures will be around 84 degrees. Sunday will feature a chance for some scattered rain showers, with a high of 82 degrees, under mostly cloudy skies.
