Christmas Eve Forecast - Monday

Christmas Eve Forecast - Monday

We're cool with clouds & scattered showers. Come Wednesday evening into Thursday, there's a chance we could see a few snowflakes in central KY.
Christmas-Eve Forecast Update:

Fog, mist & drizzle will continue through the early half of this afternoon.  Look for those clouds to begin to thin out some during the course of the mid/late afternoon and into this evening.  Highs should top out in the mid to upper 40s with overnight lows near freezing.

Join Chief Meteorologist Jennifer Schack tonight at 5pm, 6pm & 11pm as she not only tracks Santa's progress through the Blue Grass, but also updates you on what we can expect winter weather-wise the day after Christmas.

Merry Christmas-Eve!

We're cool with clouds & showers to start your 24th day of December.  If you're running to the store to do last minute Christmas shopping, make sure to have your umbrella with you.  Clouds and showers should begin to lessen as we head into the mid afternoon.  Highs today should top out in the mid to upper 40s with overnight lows near freezing.

Christmas Day forecast:

We'll start with clouds and hold on to the cloud cover through the your Christmas holiday.  Late evening on Christmas, we're forecasting showers to move in and persist into Wednesday.  On your Wednesday, look for cold showers during the morning and afternoon.  Wednesday evening, look for a rain/snow/sleet mix.  By first thing on Thursday morning, snow showers are in the forecast with an accumulation mainly in our northern & mountainous eastern counties.
