It's a good looking lunch break with temps in the mid 50s and partly cloudy skies overhead.
There is a chance for a stray shower in our western counties on Tuesday afternoon. We're forecasting afternoon highs in the upper 50s and low 60s again Tuesday, with 60s previaling into your Thanksgiving Day Thursday.
Join Chief Meteorologist Jennifer Schack at 5pm, 6pm & 11pm for more on our chance for rain tomorrow.
This morning, a few clouds are pushing through the Commonwealth. It's a partly cloudy start, and it should be a partly cloudy end with temperatures topping out in the low 60s. Here's the good news if today marks the start of your "weekend" none of those clouds that you'll see while you're out and about should give way to any showers. Our normal high for this time of the year is in the low to mid 50s; however, we should stay a few degrees above that given the sunshine and southerly flow from this past weekend.
Overnight low temperatures should dip into the low 40s. Frost should not be a widespread problem as you're waking up on Tuesday morning. By tomorrow afternoon, a few isolated showers are possible in our western counties with temperatures again soaring into the low 60s.
If you're hitting the roadways today, things will look great up and down I-75. If you're heading west from LEX into St. Louis, plan on running into a few showers in to Missouri.
