Afternoon Update:

Take full advantage of the nice and mild temps this afternoon. Showers and possibly a storm will move in by Thursday. Winter weather is on the way by Friday!

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for the Bluegrass region Thursday evening through Saturday morning. Rain, snow, sleet & freezing rain will all be possible, and could make traveling difficult.

It's a nice and mild start this morning with temps in the upper 40s and low 50s.  We're mostly cloudy this morning and through this afternoon. A few isolated showers are possible during the day, so feel free to have an umbrella along for the ride just in case. Highs are expected in the mid 60s here on your Wednesday. Overnight lows should tumble into the mid 50s.

If you need to put up holiday decor, do it today. A big polar punch is in our forecast by the end of this workweek and into this weekend. There's also a chance we could see mixing of rain, sleet & snow by both your Friday & Sunday. Old Man Winter will also hang around into the next workweek as well.
